If you register for Home Study and decide that you would rather switch to Online Certification we will gladly transfer credit to the Online Certification course.
To register for Training, click on the "Enrollment Form" button below. You will need to print out this form, fill in your information, and mail it to the address listed on the top of the form. Please use the convenient and secure payment option below to make a deposit or full payment for your program. You may also send a check along with your enrollment form. If you choose to make a deposit, the remaining balance is due the week before class starts. Be certain to identify desired training dates. If those dates are not available, we will contact you. After you are registered, you will receive a confirmation letter detailing times and other pertinent information.
